Political prisoner Pavel Seviarynets, co-chairman of the steering committee of the
Belarusian Christian Democracy Party (BCD), received a letter from him, dated
21 January.
Mr. Bialiatski writes that the transfer is likely to take place in severe frosts.
He notes fresh air is the thing he wants most. Bialiatski says he feels like
thinking and meditating. The BCD press service reports the tone of the letter
