On 6 February, Orsha police raided the private apartment of local activist of the Nash Dom civil campaign Mrs. Yanina Liasneuskaya, Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty reports.
The search reportedly dealt with alleged violation of Par. 2 Art. 22.9 of the Administrative Code.
According to the policemen, they were searching for printed materials sent to Orsha town and district police departments on behalf of the Nash Dom campaign, saying that local police were involved in legal violations.
As a result of the search, the police seized some 100 copies of the Vitsebsky Kurier newspaper and a copy of the newsletter allegedly sent to local police officials.
On 7 February, Mrs. Liasneuskaya will be interrogated by Orsha investigation committee.
