Deputy head of the Baranavichy city organization of
the Belarusian Leftist Party "Fair World" received a letter signed by
the deputy head of the Baranavichy City Executive Committee Dz. Kastsiukevich.
This document informs the activist that he is not allowed to hold a picket
against violation of the civil right to peaceful assemblies on 18 March 2012 as
he failed to timely provide copies of service agreements with police, medics
and the public utilities.
"The authorities have adopted so many rulings and laws that even one
person cannot express an opinion on the events in the country or a city without
bureaucratic procrastination," commented the head of the Baranavichy
branch of "Fair World" Viktar Tsiapin.
