Hrodna resident Ruslan Piatsko, levied with a fine of 700,000 rubles (about $86) for the alleged insubordination to the demand of a duty official to pass dactylographic registration, received an answer to his appeal against the fine.

The Judge of the regional court Mikalai Rachynski took a formal approach to the case and ignored the arguments which were set forth in the appeal. In the answer it is stated that during the trial at the Leninski District Court of Hrodna Mr. Piatsko didn't deny the fact that he had refused to pass the dactylographic registration right at his working place. Mr. Piatsko categorically disagrees with the ruling of the regional court and has filed an appeal against it with the Supreme Court of Belarus.
