There were no procedural violations during the trial of Anatol Liabedzka, Siarhei Kaliakin and Aliaksandr Atroshchankau in late March, says an official reply from the Court’s Chairwoman Mrs. Karetnikava, received by Mikalai Dziamidau, leader of the Fair World’s Orsha office.
According to Mr. Dziamidau, the trial was held behind closed doors, so many people could not attend the hearing. Apart from that, court officials failed to inform about the date and time of the trial.
“We did not expect any other response, but we are going to keep protecting our rights,” says Mikalai Dziamidau.
