Hrodna resident Ruslan Piatsko has received an official reply from the Supreme Court, saying that his appeal against a fine for refusing forced fingerprinting was dismissed.
In his appeal, Mr. Piatsko contested earlier decisions by inferior courts. As a result, the Supreme Court dismissed the complaint, upholding the earlier rulings.
“The papers say nothing of the essence of the case. They did not even consider my arguments,” says Ruslan Piatsko.
