The panel of judges of the Hrodna Region Court left in force the verdict of the Hrodna Leninski District Court to Uladzimir Fianenka, fined 2 million rubles for refusing from dactylography. The consideration of the appeal by the panel of judges lasted only for about 20 minutes.

Bear in mind that the police forged the violation report, according to which Fianenka was charged with insubordination to them. Testimony at the trial held at the Leninski District Court of Hrodna was given by an officer of the Leninski District Police Department Piatro Druts. He also bore testimony at a similar trial over Orthodox priest Mikalai Haiduk, the trial over whom was postponed to 22 April.

Despite the negative result of his appeal to the Hrodna Region Court, he intends to continue struggling for justice – by appealing the verdict to the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus.
