Ihar Leuchanka, resident of the town of Belaaziorsk, Brest region, has been fined BYR 2 mln for refusing to undergo fingerprinting examination, after he was summoned to local police department on traffic violations charges.
Moreover, the fine was imposed while Mr. Leuchanka was in hospital.
Ihar Leuchanka now does not have to be fingerprinted, as he is a disabled persons and thus not liable to military conscription.
