Judge Maksim Lapko of Minsk Kastrychnitski District Court has convicted two Young Front members on disorderly conduct charges.
Paman Vasilyeu was sentenced to 12 days of arrest, Uladzimir Yaromenak – 15 days of arrest.
The activists were charged with alleged using of foul language outside Minsk central railway station this morning.
Human rights defenders, in turn, say their detention and conviction are linked to the forthcoming visit of Russian President Medvedev.
Another Young Front activist Raman Pratasevich has been released without charges, as minors cannot stand administrative trials.
