Judge Vasil Belski of Luninets District Court has dismissed a complaint lodged by Mikalai Karyshau, leader of the independent trade union at the Granite enterprise, after he was illegally fired.
The court ruling says the termination of the activist’s employment contract was legal, despite certain procedural violations by the enterprise administration.
Mikalai Karyshau’s associates say the dismissal is linked to his activities in the independent trade union.
