Six months have passed now since Mrs. Alesya Sadouskaya, resident of the town of Maladechna, lodged her first appeal against illegal court ruling of early 2012 by local judge Inesa Yuzhyk, as a result of which the woman was forced to undergo a psychiatric examination.

After a number of local and national prosecuting and judicial bodies dismissed her appeals, Mrs. Sadouskaya lodged a complaint with Maladechna Prosecutor’s Office, arguing that Judge Yuzhyk had deliberately reported false data in official papers and violated Art. 382 and Par. 1 Art. 421 of the Criminal Code.

The town’s Prosecutor’s Office has reportedly considered the complaint. However, it evaded providing legal assessment to the allegations and redirected the appeal to Maladechna office of the Investigative Committee.
