Vital Ruhain, journalist of the Euroradio independent channel, has been released in the courtroom, after Judge Tatsiana Tkachova ordered to review the case.
Vital Ruhain was detained yesterday evening by policemen in plain clothes and faced charges under Art. 17.1 of the Administrative Code (“disorderly conduct”).
The police now have five days to prove the journalist’s guilt of swearing in a public place.
