Location of deputy director of “Platform” remains unknown
The deputy head of the informational and
educational institution “Platform” Alena Krasouskaya-Kaspiarovich stopped
answering the phone in the evening of 31 July. As stated to
belaruspartisan.info by the “Platform” director Andrei Bandarenka, she went
away for a meeting and no one has seen her since that time.
“Platform” members contacted her for the last time after 3 p.m. on 31 July,
after which nothing has been known about Alena's location. They are doing
everything possible to find about her whereabouts.
Bear in mind that the organization monitors the situation of prisoners in
Belarus and seeks to protect their rights from torture, mockery and injustice.
According to Andrei Bandarenka, the pressure on the organization members has
been growing recently.
