Members of Homel Region Council run for Parliament
Having partially or fully served their terms at the
regional council, Homel officials of different levels try to get to the
Parliament.
For instance it concerns Halina Filipovich, a member of the Homel City Council
and the head of the Svetlahorsk District Council, as well as the head of the
Rechytsa hardware plant, a member of the Homel Region Council Adam Vashkou.
A member of the Homel Region Council, chief medic of the cardiological clinic
Halina Lapatsina, runs at the Pramyslovaya election constituency.
The head of the education department of the Tsentralny District Executive
Committee of Homel Aleh Leushunou intends to run at the Homel-Central election
constituency, and the head of the Homel Region Court Liudmila Mikhalkova – at
Zhytkavichy constituency.
