“Platform” got liquidated

The Minsk City Economic Court granted the lawsuit of the Tax Inspection of the Savetski district of Minsk and ruled to liquidate the educational institution “Platform”.

The case was considered by the judge Aleh Kliuiko. The official reason for the liquidation was that the organization violated the terms of filing a tax declaration and didn’t inform the inspection about the change of its address. ”Platform” dealt with the protection of prisoners’ rights.

The head of the organization, former political prisoner Andrei Bandarenka told Radio “Liberty” he would appeal against the court verdict.
