Mikalai Petrushenka, activist of the Nash Dom civil campaign, is due to appear tomorrow for questioning at the Investigative Committee’s Orsha office.
The interrogation is expected to deal with the criminal charges Mr. Petrushenka is facing for an online publication which argued that deputy chairman of Orsha town executive committee backed a child molester. As a result, the civil activist was charged with libeling the official.
Mikalai Petrushenka says he may also be shown the results of a linguistic examination of the article.
