The administrative commission of the Slutsk District Executive Committee found the civil activist Vital Amialkovich guilty of violating the urban maintenance rules (Article 21.14, part 2 of the Code of Administrative Offences) as a result of the second consideration of his case.

The decision was taken behind the closed doors. The head of the commission Natallia Narushevich told Mr. Amialkovich to leave the room when she learned that he had recorded the previous sitting on Dictaphone.

However, this time the activist managed to find out who had detained him when he had allegedly “posted stickers on a lamp-post – it was the head of the Slutsk District Police Department Aliaksei Strom.

Vital Amialkovich does not agree with the decision of the administrative commission and is going to appeal it at the Slutsk District Court.
