On 8 March at 2.35 p.m., "European Belarus" activist Valiantsina Tsiurava was detained by the guards of Kamarouski market, who then passed her to police.

The activist was holding a one-man picket near the market, holding a poster with the inscription: "Where's my holiday? Where's my freedom?" By means of this action she tried to attract the attention of passers-by to the problems of Belarusian women.
The girl was kept in the delinquents' isolation center in Akrestsin Street till trial.

At 12.40 p.m. on 11 March she was taken to Savetski District Court of Minsk. Judge Dzmitry Pauliuchenka sentenced her to three days of arrest (which she had already served by that time) under Article 23.34, violation of the rules of organizing and holding mass events.

Meanwhile, the accusation witnesses failed to appear at the trial. The activist was set free immediately on the announcement of the verdict.
