The appropriate decision was taken by
Pershamaiski District Court in Minsk on 15 March.
Bear in
mind that the preventive supervision over "Young Front"
activist and former political prisoner Uladzimir Yaromenak was
established on 15 March 2012 for the period of one year.
However,
during this time he received two administrative penalties for alleged
violations of the public order. As a result, Judge Yarmolenkava (with
the participation of Prosecutor Yermakova) extended the term of the
preventive supervision to 15 September 2013. The verdict is
non-appealable.
