Those who are "the most cynical" usually get objected to administrative responsibility.
However, policemen do not organize any "raids" for the sole purpose of detaining such infringers, head of Minsk police Alyaksandr Barsukou told on March 19.
Barsukou: “There are no special raids. Policeman work in common distribution spots including driving inspectors, special forces and patrolmen. They also work in public places like bars and restaurants and at bus stops. If they witnesses such incidents, they detain infringers. But the number of people detained for swearing has reduced this year."
Barsukou
does not see anything wrong about the fact that policemen are usually considered
to be witnesses in such cases.
