The transport police took explanations from the social activist Pavel Vinahradau concerning the placement of the national flag on an electric train for Minsk. The activist wrote about it in his Facebook account.

The “Zmena” activist came to the transport police department with a large bag, as far as such visits often ended with his imprisonment under Article 17.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses – he suddenly started using foul language, which was obligatory witnessed by two policemen.

However, it didn't happen this time. “They took my explanations concerning the placement of the white-red-white flag on the train” and let me go. Meanwhile, soon I can be punished for a non-motivated refusal from testifying, as far as I refused to tell which friend sent me the photos I posted in my account,” commented Mr. Vinahradau.
