On 30 August in Minsk the police
detained the entrepreneur Illia Dabratvor.
The possible
reason for the detention was the episode which occurred at about 8
p.m., when Illia went by metro with an unfurled white-red-white flag
in honor of the release of the leader of the “Young Front”
Zmitser Dashkevich from jail. Mr. Dabratvor was detained by the
police at the tube station “Uruchcha”.
The same day he was
taken to the detention center in Akrestsin Street. Illia Dabratvor is
an activist of the Solidarity movement “Razam” (Czech Republic).
He was repeatedly subjected to fines and arrests for participation in
opposition's actions.
