Mikalai Autukhovich: “Now I feel alright”

Friends and relatives started receiving letters from political prisoner Mikalai Autukhovich after a long break.

Mikalai Autukhovich stated he had received a wedding album from the Dashkevichs. “I am very glad for Nasta and Zmitser”, he wrote. “My heart was glad of the happy faces in these pictures, I have received at least some positive news lately."

What concerns his state, the political prisoner writes: “Everything is really alright with my health. I ask those who supports me not to worry.”

In his letter Mr. Autukhovich also recalls an arrested nightclub owner, Yury Dankou. “He used to be in the Bord of Trustees and helped to the remand prisonNo. 1, changing the toilet sinks there, and now he is in jail himself.”
