On 13 November the Kastrychnitski District Cour of Minsk considered the administrative case of Vadzim Tsiarletski, detained at the central railway station of Minsk on 12 November.

Mr. Tsiarletski came to Minsk from Hrodna in order to solve some issues related to the political prisoner Mikalai Autukhovich and intended to return to Hrodna the same day. However, he was detained and charged under Articles 17.1 (disorderly conduct) and 23.4 (insubordination to lawful demands of the police) of the Code of Administrative Offences.

He was kept in the center for the isolation of offenders in Akrestsin Street during the night before the trial.

On 13 November the case was tried by Judge Maksim Lapko at the Kastrychnitski District Court. The judge admitted to the trial only Tsiarletski's counsel, thus making the trial closed to the public. The activist was found guilty only under Article 17.1 and punished with three days of arrest.
