A woman noticed a man trying to get out of a window of the Special Archive situated in the Genocide Victims Museum. The archive contains KGB documents dating back to the Soviet time.
The woman called the police. A lot of police cars appeared near the museum and Vilnius District Court. The alarm went off in the building.
The man managed to flee from the room he was noticed in. However, the police found the burglar in the building half an hour later, ru.delfi.lt reports.
They are trying to find out how the man got into the archive. He probably hid there in the daytime and waited for the employees to leave.
