January 13 held another hearing on the complaint of a civil society activist Mikalai Vlasevich against the actions of Astravets District Executive Committee, who didn't to allow him to hold a picket on December 7, 2013 under the slogan "Let's bring the corrupt to justice!" took place in Astravets.

The hearing began at 10.30 and ended two hours later, after studying the case file, at the beginning of the stage of pleadings. Judge Aliakdsandr Ratkevich adjourned until 4 p.m. Prior to adjournment Mr. Ulasevich challenged the composition of the court, who dismissed his question to the representative of the defendant, which normative legal act obliged organizers of mass events to enter into service contracts with the police, medical facilities and public utilities to ensure the rule of law and protection of health during the mass events organized by them.

The proceedings didn't resume at 4 p.m. At 3.40 p.m. Mr. Ulasevich received a telephone call from the court clerk, who told him the trial was delayed and promised to report the date and time of the next hearing later on.
