A resident of Biaroza Tamara Shchapiotkina appealed to the Central Election Commission to complain about the closeness of the procedure of decision-making at the Biaroza District Executive Committee, which manifested in the DEC's refusal to tell her whether she was included in the PEC No. 11.

T. Shchapiotkina stated that the meeting of the executive committee on formation of the PECs failed to meet the principles of openness
and transparency.

CEC
Chair Lidziya Yarmoshina answered that after the meeting T. Shchapiotkina was explained that could familiarize with the decision on the official website of the Biaroza District Executive Committee or in the newspaper "Mayak".

According to L. Yarmoshyna, executive bodies operate in accordance with the regulations. Within its mandate, the Central Commission does not give a legal assessment of the forms of work of district executive committees.
