Mahiliou: member of Belarusian Social Democratic Party forcedly evicted from dormitory
Today, March 4, bailiffs evicted a member of the Belarusian Social Democratic Party (Hramada) Mikhail Zalozny from the dorm of “Mahiliouablselbud” in Kasmanauty Street, 45.
The reason for the eviction was the Verdict of the Leninski District Court of Mahiliou, which decided that Mr. Zalozny was to be relocated from the dorm to a bed in another dorm, located in Zalutski Street in Mahiliou.
The formal reason for the relocation of the Social-Democrat from one hostel to another is that he no longer works in the urban municipal unitary housing maintenance company "Mahiliouablselbud", where he worked as a plumber, which gave him the right to live in a room in the dormitory.
“I don't know the reasons why I am relocated to another hostel. Most probably, the reason is that after this they will try to evict me from that bed-place as well. I don't have any other apartment and can become homeless as a result,” says a veteran of labor, pensioner Mikalai Zalozny.
Activist notes that other residence had no and if it evicted from a bed , it will remain on the street.
We should remind that Mr. Zalozny was fired from the enterprise at the end of 2012 for political reasons. He tried to get reinstated at work through court, defended his honor, dignity and honor reputation at court and litigated with his former boss Pavel Shyshou, who wanted to evict him from the dormitory. He didn't manage to get the justice after 7 trials, though.
