Homel: police detain “Young Front” activist to hand him a subpoena to military enlistment office
An activist of the “Young Front” Stanislau Bula was detained in Yubileynaya Street in Homel while walking. He was suddenly approached by police officers and offered to go with them to their car.
"The policemen were accompanied by three unidentified men in civilian clothes. The policemen explained that they were checking everyone's documents on the street. However, as I could see they didn't detain anyone but me,” commented the activist.
After checking Stanislau's passport, the policemen presented him a subpoena to the military enlistment office.
Bear in mind that earlier Mr. Bulla was expelled from the Homel State University named after F. Skaryna. The activist believes that his expulsion is connected to his active citizenship and membership in the "YF".
