It became known from the subpoena, which he received by mail. Mr. Barysau is summoned to the Mahiliou District Court for 3 p.m. on August 12 to be tried under Article 22.9 of the Code of Administrative Offenses for trafficking the newspaper “NASH Mahiliou” and the bulletin “Satsyial-Demakrat” in his car. The trial will be presided by Judge Leuchanka.


Bear in mind that July 16 the car driven by Ihar Barysau was stopped by traffic policemen on the highway Minsk-Mahiliou in a Mahiliou suburb. They stated that they were ordered to detain the car and Mr. Barysau needed to come with them to the district police department for discrimination. During the examination of the car at the DPD the police seized 11,800 copies of newspapers.


The ex-presidential candidate at the elections of 2010 from the BPF Party, Ryhor Kastusiou, was also present in the ccar during the incident.
