In Hlybokaye there are signs that offer help to people with disabilities at one of the gas stations. It would seem a good thing, but what is written there seems to be a mockery. The text of the signs is following: "If you need help, please call." This text is written in two languages - Russian and English, but there is no phone number. Where to call? To the police, ambulance, or someone who can help to pour petrol in the car?

But, is there are many people with disabilities in Hlybokaye and the surrounding area that have cars? There are 270 disabled people of working age in Hlybokaye and only half of them work. Mainly they are involved in public works. According to people with disabilities, they get about 400 - 700 thousand rubles. Indeed, they can only dream about the car.
So, that’s unnecessary signs just hang surprising travelers who come to this gas station.
