Hrodna freelance journalist continues struggling for the right to profession. Haven't received official accreditation of a correspondent of the Belarusian Radio “Racyja”, which he has been trying to obtain from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus since 2009, Mr. Parfinenka is now trying to obtain the accreditation through court.

November 14, 2014 the Leninski District Court of Minsk refused to bring administrative proceedings on his appeal. January 19, 2015 this position was upheld by
Civil Division of the Minsk City Court. These days the journalist has also received a negative reply to his supervisory appeal.

Chairman of the Minsk
City Court P Karshunovichbelieves that while refusing to bring administrative proceedings the initial court rightly decided that, as far as the journalist's demands ensue from his professional activities and are related to his work, the complaints concerning the actions of the Commission of the Ministry of Interior regarding the denial of accreditation with the Ministry of Interior aren't subject to court consideration pursuant to Art. 365 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

Now Mr. Parfionenka discriminates in the legal nuances in order to continue challenging the rulings of the Interior Ministry and court verdicts. However, it is already clear that the attempts of journalists of Radio “Racyja” to receive official accreditation turns into walking in a vicious circle.
