Journalists detained in a polyclinic
June 10, two journalists, BAJ members Arkadz Nestsiarenka and Nastassia Khralovich were detained in a polyclinic where they were taking interviews from old people queuing up for medical services.
The journalists were interviewing old people in the medical institutions where the interviewed people had been waiting for three hours just to get a bill to visit a doctor. Administration of the polyclinique asked journalists to go out. As it turned out police squad had been waiting for the already. The journalists spent around 5 hours in the Frunzenski District Police Department (since 7.40 am when they were detained at the entrance to the polyclinic). All video was deleted, a report of questioning was written, a preventive talk was held with the journalists. A plain-clothed person was present at the talk.
