Anatol Liabedzka, leader of the United Civil Party, has received a summons from the Court of Minsk’s Centraĺny district.
As the politician wrote on Facebook, he was invited to appear on October 28 to take part in the consideration of an administrative case of organizing and participating in an unauthorized mass event “Procession of the National Flag” on October 10. He is charged under Part 3 of Article 23.34 of the Administrative Code.
On October 9, the same court fined Anatol Liabedzka 9 mln rubles for taking part in a protest entitled “For a Peaceful and Neutral Belarus”, which took place in Minsk’s Freedom Square on October 4.
