The warrant orders Nina Bahinskaya to vacate the house until July 29. The Minsk Regional Center of Investments and Privatization estimated the cost of the house at 10 000 BYN. The sum of the fines imposed on Nina Bahinskaya is 75 000 BYN. A part of the activist’s pension is seized every month to pay the fines. And in May, court officers confiscated a micro oven and a washing machine, also as payment of the fine.
The activist writes protests to the prosecutor’s office and to courts, claiming that the artificial bans on holding mass events violates her constitutional right to peaceful protest.
Nina Bahinskaya has become a colorful participant of many street actions, always carrying the white-red-white flag.
