22.07.2013 Human rights defenders send results of independent election monitoring to government agencies
About 200 copies of the book “Elections to the Chamber of Representatives of the Fifth Convocation. September 23, 2012. Results of Independent Observation.” were sent by the activists of the campaign “Human Rights Defenders for Free Elections” to various government agencies, libraries, members of the Chamber of Representatives, embassies, and all those who are interested in the assessments of election law and conclusions of observers during the parliamentary elections in 2012.
13.06.2013 Mikalai Ulasevich files sixth complaint to Supreme Court
Civil activist from the Astravets district Mikalai Ulasevich filed the sixth appeal to the Office of Prosecutor General of the Republic of Belarus. All previous tappeals were returned to him without consideration on the merits. Mr. Ulasevich also attached to his appeal the 30-page complaint which was also filed to the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus.

On 14 March Baranavichy human rights defender Siarhei Housha received by mail a ruling of the head of the Supreme Court of Belarus Valiantsin Sukala abolishing the refusal of a judge of Brest Region Court (dated 4 October 2012) to consider his cassation appeal due to the alleged expiry of the terms of consideration.
