20.12.2012 BCD Vitsebsk activists fined on hooliganism charges
Judge Valiantsina Kismiaroshkina of Vitsebsk Pershamaiski District Court sentenced today local activists of the Belarusian Christian Democracy Party Aliaksei Kishchuk and Stanislau Laurenau to a fine of 300,000 rubles each. The activists were convicted on the basis of testimony by four police officers, who testified that the guys used obscene language against them.

19.12.2012 BCD activists detained in Vitsebsk, charged with disorderly conduct
Stanislau Laurenau and Aliaksei Kishchuk, activists of the Belarusian Christian Democracy detained in Vitsebsk this morning, are accused of disorderly conduct – "using obscene language in a public place." The detention took place at about 11 am, but the trial of the detainees has not yet taken place. Both the activists were placed in the detention center for at least overnight.

10.12.2012 Supreme Court turns down appeal of Belarusian Christian Democracy activist
The Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus did not satisfy the appeal of a BCD activist Volha Pansevich against the fine of 2.5 million rubles, to which she had been sentenced on 12 June 2012 by the judge of the Slonim District Court Ivan Lastouski for alleged “insubordination to police” and “use of obscene language in public”.
