Ihar Simbirou, activist from the town of Asipovichy, Mahiliou region, was detained by police at the central railway station in Minsk. The activist was later taken to Kastrychnitski District Court and sentenced to ten days of administrative arrest on hooliganism charges.

Minsk Maskouski District Court has fined Marharyta Lavyshyk, girlfriend of Viachalsau Dziyanau, coordinator of the Revolution through Social Networks online campaign, BYR 1.5 mln for alleged violation of Art. 17.1 of the Administrative Code (disorderly conduct).

The activists were detained during the opening of the memorial sign "River of Memory" on 11 April and held in detention during one night. On 12 April the Leninski District Court fined them 2 and 1.5 million rubles for "disorderly conduct" (Article 17.1 of the Code of Administrative Violations).

10.04.2012 Preventive supervision established over ex-political prisoner Pavel Vinahradau
On 10 April Tatsiana Motyl, Judge of the Maskouski District Court of Minsk, ruled that a preventive supervision was to be established over the former political prisoner Pavel Vinahradau. Thus, Mr. Vinahradau is prohibited to leave Minsk. He needs to stay at home at 8 p.m.- 8 a.m. everyday and check at the criminal-executive inspection at the place of residence 4 times a month.
