08.09.2011 Confiscated computers are returned to Viasna
D.Dyshchanka, investigator of the Main Police Bureau of the Minsk City Executive Committee, passed to human rights defenders the computers and other items that had been confiscated during the search held at the office on 20 December 2010. However, several laptops that were confiscated during the second search, held on 17 January 2011, are still at the disposal of the KGB.
06.09.2011 Search at Ales Kalita's apartment
On 5 September the apartment rented by a member of the Belarusian Popular Front Party was searched by the police. This information was voiced by Aliaksei Yanukevich, BPF Chair. Earlier Ales Kalita had been interrogated within the framework of the criminal case instigated against him and two other BPF members, Maksim Hubarevich and Siarhei Semianiuk, for beating a guard.

Officers of the Belarusian secret services held searches and confiscations at the apartments of Yauhen Skrabets and Siarhei Aleksiyevich, coordinators of the Revolution through social network community at the social net VKontakte. 13.06.2011 Mahiliou: KGB reluctant to return video camera to Zmitser Salauyou
On 15 January 2011 the apartment of Zmitser Salauyou, Chair of the Mahiliou region organization of the BPF Adradzhenne, was searched by the KGB. As a result, they confiscated the system unit of his computer, a memory flash card and a video camera. Moreover, the activist was repeatedly interrogated by officers of KGB and military counter-intelligence.

Ivan Stasiuk, a civil activist from Brest, was detained on the Belarusian-Polish border and guarded to the local KGB department. The Belarusian border guards took away Ivan’s passport and told him that the document would be returned to him after a “prophylactic talk”.
