The Svetlahorsk District Executive Committee included in the precinct election commissions (PECs) of the district only 2 out of the 22 representatives of democratic forces. No representatives of the Belarusian Popular Front were included because the minutes about their nomination to the commissions allegedly contained a mistake.

A total of 44 precinct election commissions were formed on the territory of the Leninski district of Brest. 506 out of 1,196 nominees were included in them, including 2 out of 8 nominees of the Belarusian Popular Front, 2 out of 7 nominees of the Belarusian Social Democratic Party and 2 out of 7 nominees of the Belarusian Leftist Party Fair World 1 out of 4 nominees of the United Civil Party and 1 representative of the Communist Party of Belarus.
