On 6 December the UN Human Rights Committee received an individual communication by Aleh Hryshkautsou, sentenced to death on 14 May 2010. The communication also demands to apply measures of interim protection and suspend the execution.

However, after the end of the voting at 7 p.m. on 14 December, the ballot box for early voting was carried out of the electoral precinct and taken to Telman Street, 102 to be stored there.
